I would not recommend shopping at this Stizzy. I came in Tuesday 11th 2025 around 4:40pm. I had purchased a pod (magic melon) when I walked out the store with my product, I opened the box and noticed the filter piece was exposed. I don't like smoking pods like this because it can become hard to pull or it leaks. I've had similar issues when I was first smoking vape pods. I store both my battery and pod, upright. Immediately I walked back in the store and brought up my concerns to the store associate. My frustration comes from me still having the pod which was full. I also had the box and the receipt. According to their policy as long as I have these items I should be able to exchange it. Instead she offered to test it so I reluctantly let her test it. She said it still pulled but told me if I had any issues to come back. It wasn't till Wednesday I had noticed issues, like barely anything coming out. Then on Thursday I noticed it was leaking so I blew into the pod. Friday I noticed it was not pulling and when it finally did, the contents of the pod came spilling out. Although I should have returned it immediately I'm not from the Wildomar area. When the employee told me it was okay, I took her word for it because she is an employee. Still, I feel this could have been all avoided if stizzy would have honored there policies. Please take your business to cake house or catalyst. Or any other dispensary
