I placed an online order yesterday totaling over $150, including a $65 cartridge I was excited to try. When I got home, I realized I’d been given the wrong item — a Traveler vape, which costs $30 less. I called the store right away, and while the initial rep was polite, she couldn’t provide a solution without the manager. After following up, she informed me they couldn’t do anything because I had opened the package — even though I only opened it to discover their mistake.
Their only offer was 10% off my next visit, which doesn’t make up for being overcharged due to their error. I was also frustrated to overhear a staff member saying that since it was an online order, it wasn’t their fault — as if customers should be responsible for staff pulling the wrong item.
With so many dispensaries in the Capital Region, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Limited selection and poor customer service make it hard to justify returning. Very disappointed.
