Wow - what great service! I scored an amazing labor day sale (the day after labor day!) and when my flower was delivered, I was a little bummed by the look of one of the strains, while the other was AMAZING. I call the guy back and not only does he offer me a new strain of my choice of the same amount for free, but he also tells me to KEEP the other flower anyways, as a freebie.
