rude and inconsiderate staff with no concern for the medical patients they are treating. tried to contact them multiple times to confirm pricing, deals, and how to pay, what I needed in advance showed up and was told I couldn't use the atm, but to come back after going to the bank. once I came back, they put me in a line outside in the heat along with others and said they needed to get it ready. I had already received confirmation I could come pickup my curbside order this is not a way to treat medical patients. This is not a recreational state, and we cannot be expected to stand around outside with no communication whatsoever when we make every effort to do a "curbside door pickup." the website urges us to do this instead of visiting the store, but still puts you in a line with others outside. I'm writing this review while listening to my heart monitor, just waiting to pass out in their parking lot to sue the shit out of them for giving me this kind of run around and not even making a modicum of an attempt to attend to the fact that the people they are seeing have chronic medical conditions that have been diagnosed as untreatable by any other means. after standing outside in the heat I was told a third time something I did wasn't cutting it. I asked for my money back and was told I could go to another Harvest location What nerve is that? I don't care how many people are just picking up Vapes for their memorial day weekend, these people need to respect that they are not running a fun and games business. Absolutely disgusting.
