Danny at the front is always so wonderful and has great advice on products.

I used to go to the Deerfield location and had to wait for over an hour. The manager there was very nice but the wait was INSANE. So I started going to the one in Fort Lauderdale, and have had nothing but quality experiences there. The wait is no more then 20 minutes, they run it very well and professionally. The girls at the front are great, Nicole specifically. Also the last few times I was there the manager, Brett, and the associate Anthony were so helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!!! ☺️☺️

Very awesome experience both delivery and pickup

I purchased a broken disposable vape. I just wanted to exchange it, they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have the receipt. Of the half dozen dispensaries in the area, no other dispensary said they would refuse a credit/exchange if I didn’t have the receipt. The entire exchange is in the computer, not to mention the package the vape came in had the doctors name, the date of the purchase, etc. They also weren’t very nice about it. Haven’t had an experience like this at any other dispensary.

I went to this location today and really appreciated that they were able to work with me regarding my second time user discount.

Had such an awesome experience at MUV today in Wellington. I drove all the way from Tamarac for their promo and was not disappointed. Also had great service from both Eric and Chris. I can’t wait til they open their location in Deerfield!!

I really enjoyed my first trip to this location. Unfortunately when it came to my second experience, they wouldn't honor my 20% second time user discount and you can't even speak directly to the store. I will not be shopping at this location again.

I really love their products, the staff, and how easy they're to get on the phone. Not a lot of dispensaries actually answer the phone or even have access to the store itself, it really makes a difference when driving far. Love this place.
