This truly is the DMV of dispensaries. They absolutely don't give a f**k about the customer experience. Just a miserable place.

Total lack of customer service It is obvious that these people don't care about their future in business. It will be interesting to watch as they fail to sell the easiest products in the world to sell. I tried to be their customer. They have made it impossible and nobody at Surterra will lift a finger to solve the problem. Surterra has managed to suck and blow simultaneously.

Surterra has the worst customer service that I've ever dealt with. They are completely unresponsive. I'm simply attempting to make a purchase. Their web site won't let me do it and NOBODY will help me. I've been promised callbacks that never came. I sent them an email that they promised to respond to...they didn't. I'm not sure what their actual business goals are but they show very little interest in customer acquisition and retention.

I've been to all of the dispensaries in the area. Muv is head and shoulders above the rest. Best flower in Florida. Very nice facility. Most importantly, when something goes wrong, they make it right. In my case, more than right. Muv goes up to eleven!

They had four people serving one patient at a time while the line stretched outside the building. It pained me to watch the overall inefficiency of their operation. Great price for an eighth of very decent bud, however, just appalled by the sheer dumbness of their operation. Adapt, people! Your patients deserve better.
