What a terrible experience at this place. They were out of stock on almost everything. They did have a few strains of flower available, which were actually pretty amazing; but that is honestly the only good thing about this dispensary. My bud tender was a clearly confused older guy named Howard. He was slow, pretty rude, and didn’t seem to know anything about marijuana. He didn’t even know the names of the strains GH had in stock. He was even less able to tell me which ones were indica and sativa- my guess is he doesn’t even know what those are. I asked him if there were any tinctures and he rudely replied “we don’t have that,” which is not true because I was referred to GH specifically because of the mango tincture. The blank look he gave me when he said this told me he probably just doesn’t have a clue what a tincture even is. I also wanted to buy more flower, but this same Howard told me that I didn’t have enough to dispense, which seemed odd. Sure enough, I went to Muv a half hour later and was told that I still had over two ounces of flower left! Worst of all, when I finally got out of there and got home I realized that the stickers he put on my containers had someone else’s name on it. I dread thinking that he probably sent someone else home with my name on their products. Overall, very disappointing that this employee seemed to have no knowledge of the products that GH is selling.
