’ve tried Supernova by Oregon Roots using both water bong and joint methods. Overall, I’m always going to prefer a bong, and I do notice vastly different flavors in this strain when smoked with a bong vs joint. Bong was very earthy with a bit of pepper spice flavor. Hint of tobacco as it lingers on the tongue. You get a slight pineapple flavor on the finish. Joint was more on the sweet and berry side with just a bit of that spice. The buds are really nice on this one. Slightly dusty with nice orange trichomes. Smell is sweet and bright in the container. Feelings after several bong rips are pretty amped. But caveat to that: I usually experience reverse effects with sativa and indica strains (indica amps me up / sativa gets me super sleepy). Definitely feeling hungry, but I ate cheez-its for lunch so that’s on me. My husband says the joint hits him harder than the bong, but he feels calm. For me, my body feels tense and tingly.

Straight gas. Smoothest smoke I’ve ever had. Would take off half a star for the soapy taste, but can only do full and it’s not bad enough to remove a full star. If smoking hits you good, you’ll love this. Onset is quick and lasts a good while. Leaves you feeling relaxed, but inspired and creative. Love cooking after this one. Highly recommend for seasoned or experienced gardeners, but not newbies with the 17.9% THC.
