I paid for my OMM card renewal to be processed here, because my original card came through this clinic. I waited several weeks and when I hadn’t heard anything,I called to check the status. They realize that they had never submitted it. This was one day before it expired. I was offered a free pre-roll for my trouble. I wasn’t going to write a review, until I saw the one where another person had their paperwork messed up. They charge too much to be that lax.

I used them to renew my OMM card. I went in as soon as I was eligible to renew. Paid my money, did all the paperwork. The whole thing was done standing in the hallway, because all of the other rooms were busy. When I hadn’t received my new license by the expiration date, I called and they realized that they had never submitted my renewal application. Actually offered me a free pre-roll for my trouble. Finally got my card, a month after expiration. My neighbor did their own renewal application and had their card a long time before I ever got mine. I won’t be back. It was a bit of drive from my home to give them my business.

I’ve been using Red Eye since spring. The last two times I’ve visited I’ve been very disappointed. I had a person who was trying to help me and another customer. It got very confusing because they were talking while my flower was being weighed. The other customer evidently buys weight, so I kind of got pushed to the side. The next visit I was kind of hurried. When I got home my flower had a lot of unusable stick attached to the bud. I gave this dispensary an excellent recommendation, but I’m disappointed with it recently.
