Picked up an 8th of Birthday cake from Grassroots and it’s become one of my favorites. This particular batch came through pretty potent (30% THC), but percentages ain’t everything. This effects are great. I experienced minimal dry mount and eyes, and was instantly relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep. (I use it to treat 2 different sleeping disorders) The head effects are euphoric and if anything I experienced LESS Anxiety than I normally do when I’m not medicated. I got to meet the master grower at Grassroots later and he seems to be very passionate about quality product. Definitely going to keep this one in stock.

I’m not generally a Sativa guy, but tried this one just to see how it was. Was very pleasantly surprised to find it didn’t cause the normal anxiousness or paranoia that I experience with some Sativas. It definitely offers an uplifted feeling without making me feel racey or jittery. The high was a slow and easy arc up to the peak and then a gradual come down. Felt like it relieved a lot of the tension in my back and sciatic. Wouldn’t recommend it if you are trying to sleep deeply, but a nice daytime strain. One hit actually puts me in a nice place where I can stay clear headed but the pain is reduced.

This is personal experience only: I’m one of those people that gets a little jump on some sativa dominant strains, this one gets to me sometimes. Racing thoughts mild paranoia. Took me a few minutes to steady my thoughts. Not a bad head feel otherwise. Threw on some soothing music and let it take me away.
