I had an issue with their so called pure T.H.C. sublingual drops as I have several seizure disorders and it has been medically documented that 22% T.H.C. or higher will offset them. This doesn't do ANYTHING so naturally I contacted their so-called customer support agents who basically just put me on hold than disconnected me after waiting for maybe 5 minutes waiting or simply disconnected me at the call start. They had All my info prior to call, I just found that out as they know who you are when their phone rings if it helps anyone as that slipped out of one of their employees mouths so... I had been requesting the store manager contact me for a month and a half and sadly found out the other day that that store was NEVER NOTIFIED about any problem and since it has been so long since the purchase date, she refused to even listen to me, so I got screwed because these a**hole customer service agents didn't even do their jobs at all nor contacted that store at all which is what was requested.

Was overcharged so simply asked several times for a manager to contact me back as it was with this stamp promotion and wanted to get what I was entitled to and also earned but was refused at store level through a cashier ergo waiting on manager to simply call to rectify. 5-6 separate times, through chat, I was told a manager from that location would be calling me but I guess they never were going to because they never did. NOT 1 time as promised so they can keep my money they cheated me out of and I will NEVER buy from them ever again. Merry Christmas and thank you so very much for risking my life as you do realize my medical condition requires that med or serious seizures. BRING THEM ON THEN AND IT'S ALL ON YOU TRULUIEVE!
