History: The founders of Trulieve came together with an extensive history working in the nursery and healthcare fields. During that time, they saw a statewide need for alternative forms of healing. Typical medicine and pharmaceutical options just didn’t work for all patients. Dedicated to providing empathetic and compassionate care for all patients, no matter the illness or circumstance, they decided to enter the field of medical marijuana. Trulieve is the first dispensary to be granted a medical marijuana license in the state of Florida. They are approved by the Department of Health of Florida to legally sell Low-THC Cannabis and Medical Cannabis to patients who have visited a qualified medical marijuana doctor. Since opening their doors to the entire state of Florida, they have steadily increased the number of patients they help as they have expanded to more locations. Staff: Trulieve’s staff is among the best trained in all of Florida. Patient consultants work closely with patients to fulfill their physician recommended order and explain product information. With their vast knowledge of medical cannabis and customer service philosophy, all staff members are happy to answer any questions regarding products. Private rooms are available for one-on-one consultations, ensuring patients retain their medical privacy. Staff members work with physicians as well as with patients to gain a better understanding of each patient’s individual needs. Menu: Trulieve’s menu comprises of Low-THC Cannabis and Medical Cannabis products. They carry everything from flower, CBD oil, concentrates, oral syringes, vaporizer devices, capsules and more. All products are tested in house and at a third-party lab. Patients can find a lap report for each product they purchase on Trulieves website. Both cash and Canpay are happily accepted. Just as I was about to entirely give up on trulieve, I was introduced to the new delray location and found my new home dispensary. Not only can you actually order something and not wait hours for product, the product you order is actually in stock when you get there. While all of that is refreshing and different, it was the staff they really won me over. Mike W helped me when I got there- he was positive, knowledgeable, witty, helpful, patient (I think I may have changed my order like 20 times on him), well informed on product, kind, personable and funny. While I was pleased with all of the impressive staff and managers there, it was mike who made me walk out with a smile and new dispensary home.

Every time I’ve come to the Delray store... i was checked in & out within 10 minutes. They are super quick with pick up orders. The employees all make it such a pleasant experience. I also want to give a huge thanks to Angela for going out of her way the other day for something I was really hoping for. Things like that really show great service. Props to all who manage this store. 👍🏼
