Ordering was quick and straightforward, and pickup was just as easy… exactly the kind of hassle-free service that keeps customers coming back. What really stood out, though, was the proactive communication. I received a call letting me know that one item was out of stock and was offered a substitute right away. That kind of attentiveness and transparency is rare and truly appreciated. It shows they genuinely care about getting your order right, not just getting it out the door. When I arrived for pickup, I casually asked for advice on where to find some glassware nearby, and without missing a beat, they pointed me up the road to Connoisseur Glass (another fantastic find that I'd also highly recommend).
