I’ve been going for several years but the customer service quality has dipped and I won’t go back again.
My last visit, the bud tender opened my jar and said oh sorry … my adhd brain lol. I couldn’t exchange or return it. Opening a sealed jar just seems wrong to me.
My most recent visit, they would not honor the price that was in the app… I showed it to the “manager” and he just said it was wrong. They also wouldn’t let me use the measly $10 birthday discount. It was 8 days after my birthday —- and later I saw in the app that the discount was good until the day I was actually there.
I left without buying anything. Extremely disappointed in the service — I have always loved the experience there.
I won’t go back. I don’t spend much but darn it, I am a patient/customer!! The lack of customer service did not meet your mission statement that’s for sure. I expressed my disappointment and yet nothing. Crickets.
