It's a smooth strain. It's good with a vaporizer or a water pipe. The positive effects last about 4 hours on a teaspoon size hit. I assume this will depend on how often you use it though. It will make you very hungry though, so keep a bottle of water or hard candy around to help with the food cravings. I suffer from chronic migraines and have to use a medicine injector to get rid of them. Once I started smoking this strain I am down to having to use the injection a couple time a month (it use to the 2 to 3 times a week). Also now only taking 1 to 2 pain medicines a week, and was taking 1 to 2 per day for my back.
If you are experimenting with cannabis to help alleviate some of the same problems I have, then I would definitely give this strain a try.
