On Oct 24 at 8:45 pm I placed a pre order for the following morning. Next morning,at opening,I went to pick up the order only to find that the Butterfly Effect Honey was not included (even though I added it from the menu the night before when it was listed as in stock). The APPLE SLAPZ cart was in fact a LUSTER POD which thankfully the budtender caught before ringing up. The substitution of comparable products cost me 45 dollars more than the original order.
I think this is called BAIT AND SWITCH.
I had been coming to this CINCINNATI OHIO location since it opened,but this was my last visit.
