I would give this dispensary 0/5 stars if I could. I showed up on my first day of a month of travel in Colorado to pick up my online order as a returning customer from travels years prior, only to have management come out and yell me off the steps claiming my REAL ID was fake, giving me no option to prove it as real. They took my ID and refused to give it back, which was the worst case scenario for a young female traveler who needs it for legal and safety reasons. I was forced to call the police and have them come to prove my ID was real which it was and I was given it back by the police. Not that I was going to give them my service after all of this, but they still refused me service even after the police told them it was real and had the officer come over and tell me so. They did not apologize for accusing me of multiple crimes, yelling for no valid reason, and inaccurately confiscating my ID and even after I left the location, I had a further disappointing phone convo with management. Would highly recommend that out of towners NOT go here if you don’t want your real ID seized and to have management aggressively confront you off the property until you can get it resolved yourself with zero flexibility or desire to compromise on their end. Even if you are local, save your time with the rude staff. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life.
