I have been a long time cutomer at this shop. I prepaid for a delivery that was confirmed for the same night. The money was immediately taken from my account. The delivery never arrived.
When I contacted customer service, I was told there was no solution other than waiting until morning—despite the fact that the company already had my money and my order. The response was dismissive and condescending, as though this was a minor inconvenience rather than a failure to deliver a prepaid product.
This is the third significant customer-service issue I’ve experienced here, which is unfortunate because I deliberately chose this business as a repeat customer and specifically to support a women-owned company.
Unfortunately, this experience cured me of that loyalty. If a business cannot reliably deliver a prepaid order—or treat customers with basic professionalism—my money will go elsewhere. Especially in this economy.
