RISE used to be Leafline. Leafline was a class act and cared about it’s patients. Once they switched to RISE everything changed and not for the better. Appointments used to take 5-10 minutes, now if your pick-up time is 10:45 am you MIGHT get out of there in an hour. I sat in curbside for 45 minutes AFTER I paid until my product arrived. Their excuse is ‘flower.’ Their employees are rough and rude and don’t care how long I was waiting. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I told them how I felt, they gave no resolution, only excuses. Picking up your medication should not be dreadful and make your blood pressure rise like it has mine since RISE took over Leafline. I decided to give Green Goods in Blaine a try, even though they are an hour further for me to drive than RISE. I was in and out of Green Goods in 5 minutes. My order was ready BEFORE my scheduled pickup time even. Green Goods also has 18 vapes to choose from and RISE only has 3! Get your act together RISE. I spend $6K per year with you and you did not care to see me go. There is a male employee who is always swearing and saying perverted things. Stay away from here if you can. Very unfortunate what happened.
