A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Business
On 8/12, I bought 3 vape cartridges from this shop. Both employees — playing the part of “knowledgeable experts” with “great customer service” — swore I had 24 hours to return them for ANY reason.
Fast-forward to 8/13: I drive 30 minutes back, rearranging my day, only for the same two clowns to admit they said it… and then refuse to honor it. The tall male even admitted he gave me misinformation — and when I asked, “So, what are you going to do to make it right?” he had no answer.
Instead, he called me “Bro” and “Hey man” like we were at a frat party, not a place of business. Both visits he looked and acted like he was high on the job — which explains the bloodshot eyes, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s textbook unprofessionalism. In a market where hemp products are everywhere, you’d think they’d try to keep customers. Instead, they’ve mastered the art of losing them.
Avoid at all costs — there are dozens of shops that won’t waste your time, lie to your face, or act stoned while taking your money.
