Today is Friday February 28th 2025. I seen online that you guys had some Emerald City cultivation concentrate for $10. I called the store to ask if you had any more strains for the same price from that same company. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me yes yes we have a couple strains for $10 from Emerald City cultivation. I said okay so instead of me and my wife driving home to Buckley we took a detour to come to stash box only to find that you have none for 10 bucks zero Emerald City cultivation for $10 you do have $10 stuff from Emerald City cultivation B brand and from other brands but that's not what I'd asked for. The manager or the woman proceeded to come out from the back and was extremely rude picking stuff off the shelf and almost throwing it in our faces that this is from the same company but no it is not from the same company that I had asked for. Her tone and body language was aggravated and rude and offensive. I've been shopping at stash box since it originally opened. This put a foul taste in my mouth. This is my only time I've ever felt disrespected in your store. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back now.

This is my 2nd year here. I love this place. Im waiting for my appt right now.

I hate the fact that the product you look at is not the product you get at the counter. If the product I'm looking at says 45% then I should get 45% at the counter, not 42%. Or the product looks great then you get to the counter and what you get is all stem. If they would fix that I would shop here all the time.
