i called to place an order, and was put on hold twice within 3 minutes. also the woman Courtney... highly rude, interrupted me multiple times and almost sounded like she was trying to deter me from ordering. Never again, hire some more people. and hire people who want a job, not people who cant handle answering a phone without becoming overwhelmed. no one cares if shes hot, they want quality product and good customer service, not a lazy ditz.
