Normally I like this dispensary, but today i placed an online order for Forum GSC... the site said it was top shelf, but what we received is b-buds and a bunch of stems!!! I cant believe it!! If it's the end of the product and not the quality stated on the website, it should be relayed to the customer before purchasing... that's basic customer service!! This is the 2nd time this has happened here.

Some of the best flower I have gotten in a while, for an awesome price!! Service was very friendly and quick! I highly suggest placing an online order so it's ready when you get to the shop!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The flower I ordered, on the other hand was absolutely horrible!!! I was advised when picking up that it was towards the end of the jar and mainly small buds; however, when I got home the container was almost all shake. We sorted through it and only had 3 grams of popcorn buds!! The remaining 11 grams were all leafy shake This should not have been sold at full price!! The concentrate I got was awesome!

This store is great and has a huge selection of products! The only issue I have is when using their online pick up... the last 2 times their menu has not been up to date so I am unable to purchase all of the items ordered. Definitely a better experience going into the store to view the selection than going through the online pick up. Although picking up the items are always a breeze!
