I’d used this service several times with no issues, but today I called for a scheduled delivery for 3pm. By 4pm my driver hasn’t showed up and there no update call, text or anything. I called to inquire where my delivery was and the woman told me I’d get a call back with that info momentarily. 30 minutes later, I hadn't received an update. I called back and they said “he’ll be there in 15” By 5 pm STILL nothing. I call AGAIN and this time, they say the driver is now 50 minutes away! At that point, I canceled my order. Unacceptable. Worst delivery service I have ever used hands down. Also, the drivers don’t carry change on them. Only service I’ve ever used where they don’t have change- they just take what you give them and pocket the difference for themselves. When I asked about that today I was told “oh you can tell the driver and they’ll apply the difference to your account” that information should be conveyed upfront when a customer first begins using the service. Lastly, their online inventory is often not what they actually have in stock. Never using them again.
