Yesterday I must have called 20x with questions and issues of someone fairly new to the industry as well as a first time customer and everyone of the women I spoke to were more than amazing! The customer service I given to me before I’d even made an order was exceptional to the highest levels. My delivery driver Brown Suga was the sweetest, happiest woman. Best delivery driver I’ve had from any delivery service I’ve used so far! I am not used to being able to pay with anything but cash, and I’d used my credit card to order yesterday therefore forgetting to get cash for a tip, so I had to pay the poor woman a tip of rolled change! I was mortified but she made it seem like it was the greatest thing when I know it definitely isn’t! Lol. She was so kind to my oversized Labrador who barged out the door to get to her. I know I had zero worries of him being anything but excited to make a new friend but she didn’t, if she was anything but happy about a huge dog just barging out the door to get to her, neither I or my dog would know. I immediately felt Brown Suga, my driver, infect me with a great mood. Her smile, infectious happy disposition, and positive attitude had me adoring her immediately. I suggest this service and/or this driver to everyone and anyone! The 10% off for first time customers was great as well. Everything about the company and it’s employees is top notch A+ for me. I can’t get anyone to deliver to me because I’m outside the city limits, but I am disabled and unable to drive so it’s amazing to have someone deliver and my neighbors would never guess what was being delivered. Knowing I can get what seems to be great brands and products at competitive or cheaper prices is just another bonus. I obviously can’t say enough good about them by the length of the review! Lol

I love Ganjarunner. They always send me great extra promos on top of their amazing specials. Delivery is always on time & discreet. That's a big deal to me b/c I live in an affluent gated community. No bumping music or fast driving (our speed limit is a low 15mph), which is rare. Even our UPS/FedEx guys don't live up to the GR drivers! Communication is phenomenal. I always get all my questions answered thoroughly on the chat of their website. & when they can't do something, they make up for it with a discount code. They really take care of repeat customers. Can't wait for their point system to be up & running. Keep up the great work! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We just bought a couple 8ths. $30 each plus tax. Delivery driver was fast and polite. But nobody told him he needed change even though we let them know before he left. One of the 8ths is great, while the other 8th is so dry and stale it crumbled into dust in my fingers. When we complained (in under an hour's time from the delivery), their response was "that's outdoor weed", as if that makes it ok to be stale and turning to dust. Outdoor or indoor, it has nothing to do with STALE-ASS FLOWER! PERIOD! Every delivery service is going the way of the birds. I'm going back to black market. This shit is absurd, and it happens way too often. Wasting people's money, and taking no responsibility for the shit products you sell. What a joke. Why pay sky high taxes when I get dogshit service? I shouldn't have to twist someone's arm to be treated with some respect as a customer.
