The website doesn’t work most of the time. They don’t have a local phone number, They are no longer offering VIP memberships or 40% discounts to veterans with a vip membership, There’s no privacy now/ one big room. The communication between their centralized phone number doesn’t communicate well with the local branch. Pros- it looks very modern and staff were cheerful.
