Staff is too high to offer customer service. I have been visiting Capt. Jacks for the last 3 years almost. They used to have a wide variety of brands and quantities. Today when I got there my order was missing half the items I ordered this morning. No explanation, I ask about some other products, all out. When I get home I see that they had what I wanted from a different brand. I would have bought the 1oz if they offered it and spent the $200. Instead I left with only spending $60 and not satisficed. It is unfortunate that the staff does not know what they carry to make suggestions. Very disappointed in todays visit. Brayana and everyone working today. And it was not even busy. 5 people working and only two customers. Just lazy and stoned which is a weird sentence to write. A lot of money has gone into making the building look nice but inside needs some work.
