I asked about my allotment not working to my cashier at the pickup window...every time I check it, all it says is eenie meanie Minny mo...
She was rude as she says "I don't know what your entering wrong I haven't heard anyone having any issues"
I understand that it is not her fault...but this is a medical facility and she implied I was dumb and offered no help....
Anyways...no biggie...but I personally don't like being brushed off as a patient and also, I have a feeling she knows more mmj patients than me
And I know others that are having the same issue.....Friday is not the day to go to the source.
