Picked up an online order for two Super Fog disposable vapes last week but one of them was out of order. I called Jars New River and let them know one of the vapes I received wasn't working. They told me to come back as soon as I could so they could take a look at it. I returned as soon as I could that day, one of the managers determined the product was defective then instantly replaced it with a new one free of charge. They were extremely polite and apologetic about the circumstance and resolved it precisely how it should have been resolved which is why they will continue to receive my business.
