Made an online order. When i went to pick it up the quality was not good. So I told the rep I wanted to check the pineapple express from Green 420. When she turned around, she rolled her eyes and her coworker looked at her and said what happened. She comes back and i told her I wanted to check one more brand. With a bitter tone, she tells me if I want to budtend I have to walk outside, cancel my online order and come back in. I have gone to multiple dispensaries and have never been told this when I am not satisfy with smth I ordered online. This happened today on my first time there. I will never go again. Bad customer service from the get go.
