I went to the store on Christmas Eve. The posted holiday closing time was 5 PM. When I got there there was a sign that said they closed at 4. I understand people wanting to get home on Christmas Eve. They could have posted that they were closing at 4. It's a bad look for a new store.

I've been to Higher Elevation many times and it was always a great experience. The employee are the greatest. They really make the difference from other stores.
