Disappointed with my recent “top shelf” purchase from this dispensary in Yakima. I purchased the BMR Pineapple Punch 1g product by Pacifics Fire Burners Extracts and the quality did not match the premium price or top shelf description. The product seemed dry, lacked freshness, and overall did not provide the quality experience I expected from a higher-end product. Packaging and presentation looked fine, but the actual product was underwhelming. I’m posting this mainly so other customers know what to expect. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves quality control on products being sold as top shelf.
