Online ordering is pointless for this Fire Cannabis location (Yakima). The inventory online is different than the in-store inventory is what I'm told by the staff. I have tried online ordering four times and every time was told they didn't have the product when I got to the store. Other than that I highly recommend Fire Cannabis (Yakima). Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store always has decent deals going. Definitely give them a try. I will definitely be going back. Hopefully they get the online ordering straightened out soon.

Made an online order, they didn't have it. They never do. I've learned to have a few backups ready just in case. I requested a strain, budtender said he didn't have it. I asked how do you know, have you checked the computer? He ignored me and kept offering alternatives. I inquired about another strain, same result. I said forget it and left. Also the music they were playing was very loud, made it hard to hear
Music was almost too loud to speak with the budtendender. Placed an order online only to be told that none of what I ordered was actually in stock. Not sure if it'll be worth my time trying again here since there's no way to know what they actually have without going in person.
Disappointed with my recent “top shelf” purchase from this dispensary in Yakima. I purchased the BMR Pineapple Punch 1g product by Pacifics Fire Burners Extracts and the quality did not match the premium price or top shelf description. The product seemed dry, lacked freshness, and overall did not provide the quality experience I expected from a higher-end product. Packaging and presentation looked fine, but the actual product was underwhelming. I’m posting this mainly so other customers know what to expect. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves quality control on products being sold as top shelf.
