Everything changed after the renovation. Prices have gone up 20%, ordering takes forever and paying is very awkward. The new format is that you now talk to a sales rep. The rep places the order on a tablet. You then go to the counter to confirm your order with a 2nd employee. A 3rd employee then fills the order and gives the product to the 2nd employee to ring up at the register. multiple employees just stare at you the whole time making the experience feel very uncomfortable. I've been coming here for the past two years and haven't had any complaints. I'll miss the note thrills, personal experiences place used to have. It's unfortunate but now I need to find a new dispensary.
