they are very friendly and helpful. the flower, carts, and edibles I bought were great. I'm a return customer. This was my first visit to the Stillwater location.

I'm too high to write a decent review, but it's because I'm sipping on the Cannatea I get from Minerva every Thirsty Thursday. good stuff there good service all good 😁✌🌳🍫🍾☮😁

Based on other reviews, I may return and see if my experience is different. There I've good thing is that first tube customers get a discount. they had four people working. I felt the girl was particularly rude to me, and three people walked in and received service before they acknowledged me. I wish I'd gotten the name of the budtender who helped me because if it weren't for him, I would have walked out (thought about it six ties before I was acknowledged). I couldn't see the weight on the scale so I took their word for it that I got the right weight. There was a sign saying grams were on sale, but when I requested one (to sample a strain I'd never tried), they informed me only three strains were on sale. I think we had a few miscommunications that contributed to my negative experience, and I'm not really sure why. I felt like they'd have been happier had I not come in, but I've never seen these people before in my life. I was impressed with the amount of flower strains they carried. I'll update once I've had the chance to try the product I purchased (syrup) & see if it works.

I drove a long way to get here. I'd seen a FB post about Elevated Care and wanted to show support to family-owned businesses, since I think they are at a bit of a disadvantage compared to franchises. the family and workers (pretty much one and the same) were very nice. I think their point of differentiation will end up being the headshop adjacent to the dispensary. They have a smart grinder that I can't wait to purchase when funds permit. Their flowe and cartridge pricing is a bit high relative to franchises, but is comparable to other non-franchised dispensaries. They said all their products are tested and non are auto flowered. They let me smell and look at displays and their flower looks and smells great. I have more flower at home than I can smoke in a year, but I purchased a free pre-rolls of strains I'd never tried, and am looking forward to trying them. as far as cost of edibles, I will probably start making my own edibles from plants at home, unless I see a sale. I'd like to see the flower menu/price list in front of and above the flower/herb (display counter), as well as in the waiting area. This would make the process seem more streamlined and would improve the atmosphere, imho.
