Sweet Flower - Pasadena

People deserve to know.
Sweet Flower in Pasadena is the most pleasant dispensary experience I’ve had in 7 years of buying legal. Beautiful storefront, convenient parking right out front. Security is friendly and staff are A Players! Good selection IMO, but my only hope for improvement is better planning for the though 20% off promo’s on brands that only have one specific item in stock, or nothing in stock. It feels like the brand is trying to dump it on sweet flower, and they in turn dump the bad news on the customer, after arriving. Maybe, KURVANA and ALMORA, we don’t want your worst selling cartridge or nothing during your sale. Give us the pick we choose! It’s not uncommon that I drive here and find out what I came for is out of stock, the website unit allocation never works, etc. This has only been the case with carts and batteries.
One morning I arrived at 8, another guy was waiting. It took about 30 minutes. Apparently they had to call in another manager to cover, who gave us 15% off. :/ (I could have stayed home and ordered delivery which was all 15% off at the time. I thought the remedy was weak, and the other dude laughed it off but he was let down. I think I saw a frown.
Everything is perfect except the under stock issues…
The staff is knowledgeable, laid back and yet quite professional. They all have high end retail experience (my guess). Then again, if you kinda know what you want, and sorta want to just ask prices or in stock info, they sense that and take it in stride, still helping along the way. I tried so hard to leave an honest review, to share negative experiences. That’s a 9.0/10 in my book.
