Love the building and the door entrance. You can order up front or go back, that's convenient. Since it was my first time I went ahead back. The lobby is very nice and open. The staff were nice. Bud tender was helpful and patient in helping me select what I was looking for.
Lobby too crowded, the same person trying to do line/lobby crowd control was also taking orders at the front. Downside here is they don't let you back, probably due to the pandemic but the situation of people in the lobby seemed like it was worse than having a couple of people go back and order and get checked out. First time I went in a month ago I left after seeing this and the line. So make sure you know what you want as there is only one person taking orders with 1 person at a time in the lobby so the wait is considerably longer.
Clean and open atmosphere. Lots of room in the lobby do social distancing could be maintained. The displays in the back were very nice and appealing. Bid tender was kind and helpful, patient in helping me make a decision on a product.
Don't let the location turn you off. Once inside, the area is clean, very nice lobby, nice staff. They limit the number of people inside for safety as well as the number of people allowed back. The back area is small to this does make things go a little slowly waiting, but once back the bud tender are helpful and nice. Good FTP deal, was a nice stop while in the area.
