FIRSTLY, Urban Roots has some of the worst customer service in the industry. I mean, you are serving ill and/or stressed-out medical marijuana patients, you could show a little courtesy. I will not shop here ever again and I would not recommend this dispensary to a friend or foe. SECONDLY, they are not shy about doctoring their test results. DO NOT BELIEVE THE B.S. NUMBERS THEY ATTACH TO THEIR BUD IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE. I have no doubt they ruthlessly round up. This is because I have been here 3 times and have yet to experience the medication their test results promise. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THIS DISPENSARY'S GDP HAS 22% THC AND 0.5% CBD. Maybe the most potent bud in the batch had 22% THC in its most potent leaf.... No. I've had cannabis ruderalis with better medical effects.

good meds and great daily deals. customer service was not the best my first visit but it will not keep me from going back.
