I am not a heavy smoker. this is wonderful it does not give me the extremely high feeling but a nice body relaxation. i get a bit if a head high but not the omg I'm freaking out because I'm so high. I am trying different strains to see what I like and can handle and so far this is my number 1. I only use a one hitter when smoking. I'm unsure of the quantity others are smoking but a little goes a long way for me.
