Horrible experience for sub-par weed. First, when I arrived at the store a fight had broken out and this is not the first time I’ve seen this here over the same reason. Pick up orders have to sit, wait and watch as walk ins come in and get their orders filled in 5 minutes. It’s okay since it’s usually the least popular dispensary in Orlando and usually empty... Fight guy gets kicked out, let’s move on. I also have a pick up order and I wait another 40 mins as three more walk-in’s come in and get their orders filled before mine. I still give them a break since they just had a fight in the lobby and everyone is a little tense. After all this wait, they tell me to come up and that my order is $120. I tell them i used a coupon in their website and show them an email with my receipt for $84, to be picked up today. They tell me the special was over yesterday. I tell them look at my receipt, I order last night at 9pm, it says 4 items for $84, to be picked up in 24hrs. Very clear!!!! I also explained my drive, ATM, 40 min wait and fight in the lobby and the manager said there was nothing she could for me, that it was an IT issue and she would talk to corporate. So after wasting 3 hours of my day, I decided to give them a 3rd chance to make it right and call corporate and tell them my story. They admit it was their mistake but that there is nothing they will do for all my wasted time. Still no effort to retain a good client, who for 3 years shopped at their store only because it was next to one of my businesses, and once again was willing to have subpar product only because it’s usually the most empty store in Orlando.Never coming back, goodbye suckterra!
