The Port Charlotte Trulieve location has the most helpful and friendliest staff, along with the best product lines compared to other local dispensaries. Hannah assisted me today and was extremely helpful and personable. I shared with her, what medical marijuana has done for me and she asked if I would write this review, so here it is. I was hit standing outside my truck and trailer on I-75 south 3 years ago at 70 mph by another car, after I was buzzed by a double semi that caused me to crash my truck and trailer. I did not hit anyone else when I crashed. The semi kept going. I was standing outside my truck, leaning over to grab my cell phone and dog, to get off the highway after realizing I could not move my vehicles. I didn't move fast enough. I spent 3 weeks in ICU. I had broken bones, cracked teeth, collapsed left lung, body whip lash, body road rash/bruises, and nearly 3 month concussion. Rather than living the rest of my life on opiates and pain pills, I obtained my MJ card in January of this year. It saved my life. I have chronic body nerve pain along with severe PTSD, and require additional surgeries. My daily medical marijuana regiment consists of 3 products. These 3 products treat all of my physical and mental disabilities. My daily regiment consists of Hybrid RSO concentrate, hybrid flower and rub on pain cream. I may have to take an over the counter inflammatory medication a few times a week, but that is it! I am walking and living proof that medical marijuana can help some of the most severe patients. -Tif
