I placed two orders on line, at Port Charlotte location, in advance of store pick up , placed on two different days. The first experience, in store, I encountered was much less than expected. I was a new patient. I expected to be welcomed into the "practice". I was not. I expected to have my order completed. Several items were out of stock. No realistic or logical excuse was provided for out of stock per-ordered items. Without going into details, the second trip provided no more confidence in procuring desired products or receiving standard practices in a consumer exchange purchase. We consumers are aware you have a product in high demand. We the consumers demand improved business practices so that your business may thrive...not just survive as is the perception. Thanks.

Well I won't shop in Trulieve anymore because I don't stalk women they have the wrong Idea about me and Permanently Banned me off the property because I'm too Vocal you can't even Swear or curse in The Port Charlotte florida store.
Put an order in for delivery at 9:26 am and received a confirmation within 10 minutes saying they had everything and that it would be delivered that same day. Seven hours later I get a phone call saying that they had sold half my order and could they substitute a lower quality item for the same price. They also said my order would not be delivered today either but they would give me a 10% off coupon except I couldn't use it for any of the items that I purchase at Trulieve! I went to delivery after I placed an order for pickup, received a text saying that it was ready and then had to wait for over 2 hours after I checked in! Stop opening new stores and take care of your customers Trulieve!
placed order on 4/23/21-- 46000037528-- waited for email or phone call from port charlotte location -- none received -- checked daily multiple times for updated status online and order remained in processing -- went into store today and front desk said order was fill and they had it-- no reason why contact had not been made but they had order -given back my state card - then put in queque as walkin - should have been pickup spent additiuonal time waiting -- then they realized they screwed up and asked for my card a second time-- sent to register 8 with Sarah who told me they order was cancelled due to my noshow after 48 hours-- are they all incompident, stupid or high??? I do not usually use the online portal because of your refusal to list the THC content of the product. since this is classified as a medicine I refuse to make an uninformed purchase without potentency percentages-dont quote me about the other active ingredients- you dont list them either !!!
