Girl Scout Cookies is a wonderful experience for those of us seeking relief from anxiety. It offers a sense of well being and a calm from all-consuming thoughts of one's problems that flirts with outright apathy towards them. Coupled with the preparations necessary to speak to a concerned third party: a friend, family member, or doctor; this sensation of ease can be used as a powerful tool for being comfortable discussing the burdens causing such distress. A word of advice from my personal experience: be prepared to get emotional.
On top of that, GSC keeps you functional! The overall sense of ease this strain offers can be harnessed to manifest a deep physical awareness of one's body. Experiencing this high while focusing on any movement-based exercise such as dance, wrestling, calisthenics, or yoga, helps to shut out distracting mental chatter so one can clearly listen to what their muscles and joints are experiencing. This clarity grants an enlightening level of education of oneself, and helps breaking through any physical plateaus in their endeavors.
TL;DR: "No worries, let's go do cartwheels."
