The customer service is absolutely awful.
My friend spent $400 and they failed to give my friend one of his products and the shift leader RAFAEL said; “What do you want me to do about it? You better smoke one of the 8ths you do have” and hung up the phone!
I have never heard anything like it. I was flabbergasted.
They don’t care about their customers, they lack respect and professionalism.
The store does look nice but their customer service is the amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced.
