I went to this location on 10/05. I had an issue with a product and I brought it back to the store and the manager that took care of me was very rude! (I believe her name was Jeanie) These products are not cheap and I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m just trying to scam them or something when I received a damaged product. I didn’t want money I just wanted the same product I ordered not damaged which I did get but the Tone and ignorance was totally unacceptable! The rest of the staff at this location were awesome! They usually are!! Polite, courteous and even gave me some knowledge on other products I was curious about while I waited for the manager to take care of me! Great staff… managers need a customer service training!
