When this dispensary opened I was excited, now I dread having to go there and often contemplate going elsewhere. This place is kind and all but the overall service is horrible. The “convenient” drive through is everything but due to the fact the oversell their time slots leading to over an hour of wait time (sometimes inside as well) or you won’t get service at all and they just say oh well! Stop taking orders you cannot fill in the given time. Not to mention that drive through is an emergency hazard. I’ve gone inside and wait hours on hot days. It’s just a mess overall. They need to put in new protocols that won’t allow you even place an order if you will not receive it. That’s being greedy as a company trying to get as much money as possible while leaving your customers disappointed. I’ve gone and been denied because of their timing at least 5 times, last night was my final straw. Places like Truelive and Cannabuyit do not have this issue any time I visit, only this place. It’s close but not worth my energy.
