Made a purchase 10/6/25 at around 4pm, too them 2 hours to fill, I go into the store and patiently wait while walk ins are taken first. The online order person doesn't even look at me she looks at the lady directing people, had no issue calling other put by name. Cold responses, and no real customer service. I put my change into the fuckin tip jar and she grabs the jar and with a big smile says have a nice day leaning forward. DO NOT support them, they treat ALL customers as druggies or the budtender is a racist POS.
