I could review this place everyday. It's so perfect

I have been here about 7-8 times, and I have ALWAYS had an amazing experience. The morning of April 9th, I had an awful experience. The woman who came to bring my curbside order was very rude, and had a bad attitude. She made feel like a burden; and VERY unwelcomed. She snatched my money and card out of my hand aggressively, and I was just shocked. As I've been in management for a few years now, I can say that this was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I will continue to shop with fireleaf; JUST NOT THIS LOCATION.
