Placed an online order was sent the usual it's ready come on down and I get there n it's sorry sir we're out. Like htf did you fill my order then you said to come pick up. Definitely lost a customer and the Khalifa kush isn't the real Khalifa. #bigfacts

Put in an online order everything was confirmed and then cancelled. This happens constantly at all harvest and its getting ridiculous. You guys need to step your game up big time

customer service has really started to slip especially since recreational started
