This is NOT A GOOD REVIEW.
I love the budtenders. They are kind. Thoughtful. Empathetic.
The owners however. I have had a few issues & left reviews providing feedback & the owners responded on Google taking it as a compliment. They didnt read it.
Today I was in & it was awful. These poor folks are swamped. They clearly have been dumped on & I feel dumped on to.
This used to be the best place but the changes are awful & the people in charge do not seem to care about their people or their customers. Its sad.
The only option is to leave a clearly bad review in hopes they realize taking care of their people matters.
These budtenders do not deserve the treatment & neither did I.
